This lady wanted an improvement in her profile with reduction of the hump as well as lifting and shortening of the nasal tip. She has had a marked softening in the appearance giving her a natural, feminine result. There remains some swelling, particularly in the front view which will settle in the months ahead. The nasal tip has been narrowed but this will improve, adding further definition as the swelling reduces with time.
