The contour irregularities that you are now seeing are likely a result of a the filler placement itself. Most of the swelling from the second injection you had 2 months ago would likely be resolved by this time. The treatment options at this point would be waiting for the filler to resorb on its own which could take up to 18 months or have hyaluronidase injection to help dissolve the filler.
