Hey there,Based on your photos you can benefit a lot from a closed rhinoplasty. The changes required to your nose are refinement of the nasal tip, rasping down the dorsal hump, decreasing of the projection of the nose. Better photos needed to evaluate if you need a genioplasty or not.Best of luck!

Hey there,Based on your photos my recommendation would be doing a rhinoplasty first. In your case I don’t think a jaw line implant is necessary, the change you get with a rhinoplasty would dissuade you from any jaw line operation. Best of luck!
