Hi , your nose seems the priority ;Many actresses have a prominent chin ( e.g. Angelina Jolie ) . So a prominent chin can be beautiful.
Nose : columellar show, nostril retraction, and hump : all of these need treatment ( open tip rhinoplasty )
Jaw : lower mandibular shave , by shaving of the outer and bottom layer of the mandible
Chin : possibly chin reduction, either by cutting of the corners , or a wedge osteotomy and pulling in the corners + internal fixation with miniscrews…
