Without a view of the other side it is difficult to view the extent of the issue. However, filler is a great option to attempt to correct minor irregularities. Check with your surgeon about his/her ideal timeline to begin filler injections after rhinoplasty.

It is tough to tell from the photos alone. It may be a graft placed from surgery or it could be the top end of your septum. Your rhinoplasty surgeon should be able to answer this for you, or should be easy for another surgeon to provide you an answer with an in-person exam. Best of luck.

Runny nose right after rhinoplasty is not unusual and it can persist, usually resolves on its own. If it does not then you should have it looked at by your surgeon.
