Hi there , fillers do not last long their effect is temporary, they may balance somehow your nose but this might give you a more aggressive look, while rhinoplasty would give you a more feminine softer nose and has a better and long lasting result.

Hi there, I believe its worth to take the surgery to improve your breathing, now whether you need a rib graft or not this depends if you have enough cartilages mainly septal cartilage in your nose.
In general if you had no surgeries in the past on your nose such as Septoplasty or Septorhinoplasty then you should have enough cartilages and your surgeon should be able to use your septal cartilage and preserve your rib.
