The image is realistic and I do believe your goals would be achieved by having rhinoplasty with an experienced surgeon. 
You have the potential for a really beautiful, and perfectly natural, result. You can minimize, but not eliminate, your chances of an untoward outcome by selecting a meticulous, experienced, rhinoplasty expert.

Your tip will be challenging. You have wide, soft cartilages in a cephalic orientation, with thicker overlying skin. This combination means that creating a pretty, refined, and natural nose will require advanced techniques beyond the standard “trim and suture.” You can see similar examples in my recent social.
You should seek in-person consultation with a rhinoplasty expert, and ask exactly what steps they plan to take to meet these challenges.

It is hard to tell without seeing a true profile photo and front view photo, if rhinoplasty would make sense. You have a beautiful bridge, from what I can see. There might be room for improvement by de-projecting the tip and narrowing it. Imaging during your consultation will be key to ensure you will like the end result. The reward must highly outweigh the risk. If you and/or your surgeon, don’t feel that there is enough improvement to be made, it might not be worth pursuing.

Based on your concerns and photographs, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Your features are beautiful, and rhinoplasty can take the emphasis away from your nose to your eyes and smile. 
You have the potential for a really beautiful, and perfectly natural, result. Post rhinoplasty, your tip will remain swollen and wide for a while, mostly for the first few months. You would need to give it a full year for final result.
