Thank you for your question. I think you will benefit from a tip rhinoplasty and I would also discuss alar base reduction with your surgeon. I do not think that fillers would be helpful with the changes that you are seeking.

Thank you for your question and photos. You have a mild dorsal hump and a high radix which can be corrected with a closed rhinoplasty. I think this will enhance your features and would not be concerned about your forehead affecting the outcome. I would recommend a Plastic surgeon for further advice.
