Hello and thank you for your question and photos.After rhinoplasty, the nose takes many years to heal.  This often involves 3D shrink-wrap healing of the skin and soft tissues.  As this occurs, the normal cartilage of the nose can become deformed or warped.  If the nasal cartilage is weak or thin, the overall shape and structure of the nose can become compromised.  I hope this advice helps you and I wish you the best of luck.

I suggest an in-person consultation with a rhinoplasty specialist to ensure permanent damage was not done to the nose and to take the correct measures in a timely fashion. I suggest an in-person consultation with a board certified facial plastic surgeon. He or she may be able to use computer morphed imaging to show what they feel is achievable with surgery.
