This young woman had a large nose with a hump, a wide and full tip, and drooping of the tip. She decided to have a rhinoplasty to help feminize her nose. Although her nose is much more feminine and attractive after rhinoplasty, it still appears natural and her breathing was not affected. She now has an elegant and natural profile.
