If done correctly, most facial cosmetic surgery can be performed without pain. The main cause of discomfort is the initial injection of numbing medicine. Post operative pain is minimal too since more local anesthetics are used during local anesthesia than under general. Generally, specific part of the face such as Chin and Jowl fat are easier to get good local anesthesia than the whole face.

These are tear trough deformities and is partly due to the prominent nasal bones which are more anterior than the cheek bones or vice versa. However, immediate and short term treatment is with fillers for volume replacement. Osteotomy will reset the nasal bones back and cheek implants or fat transfer increase the volume and improve their appearance.

The nose that is droopy before surgery may hide the true length of the upper lip and after rhinoplasty, the upper lip appears to be longer because you see more of it. The reversal of your rhinoplasty is doable but more complicated. I recommend you try fillers along your lip line which make it turn upward to appear thinner.Best

You are too early post op to do revision surgery or any type of surgical manipulation as this will certainly complicates the situation. Although you want this problem to go away soon, the best way is to allow the healing process to take its course with some help from you and your surgeon which you are doing right now. You will have to allow at least 6 months for healing to complete. Most often, the ectropion will reduce or completely resolve. If surgery is required, it is minimal. Best

Your nose is over projected now which make your dorsum look over resected. The line you see at the upper aspect of the nose is where the osteotomy was done. Correcting over projection should restore the balance to the nose. Examination will lead to a more accurate diagnosis. Best
