The final result after a rhinoplasty takes at least a year for everything to settle. I am not sure how long it has been since your surgery. I suggest you discuss your concerns with your surgeon.
Nylon stitch protrusion post rhinoplasty. Is it normal for the stitch to come out?

Thanks for your question. I assume there is an internal suture that has worked its way through the scar. A nylon suture will not disappear with time, hence if it is visible and causing you concern then it is easily removed even under local anaesthetic. There would be no consequence to the end result of your rhinoplasty as internal scar should support where it been held initially by the suture. You should discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

Thanks for your question. There are several aspects of rhinoplasty surgery that are more predictable than others. Reducing the hump on the nose generally settles well. Your request to straighten the nose is feasible however there always generally be some deviation as that is sometimes just how someones nose is. If you look at the frontal profile there is often a ‘dominant side’ of the face which contributes to deviation, this is not something that surgery will change. Overall if…
