Tuberous breast deformity is common. There are many variants so the approach is not the same for all. In your case, I would recommend a staged approach. The first stage would be to lift the breasts and rearrange tissues to achieve better symmetry. Implants can be placed later for better shape. It would be difficult to achieve best results with one provedure.

Looks like you are a good candidate but unlikely to achieve the wish body but it is a goal. If the tummy tuck is done before the BBL, there may not be enough fat for transfer. I would do all of it at once if possible. Need to keep the operative time around 4 or 5 hours max.

Thanks for your question. It appears that you are a good candidate for these proedures but it may be alot for one day. I would recommend the body procedures to be done separate from the breast in an effort to keep anesthesia time lower.

By the time you add travel costs, rarely does it save money to get surgery outside the US. If there's a complication, it will be extremely expensive to treat if you can find a doctor willing to take you. Being a surgeon in a border state, I have personal experience with this. Surgery can be done safely on a well controlled diabetic with a reasonable bmi.

Excellent question that I often get. It depends upon characteristics of the patient and the surgeon. If the patient has lost the required weight, is healthy, and the amount of correction is reasonable, everything can be done at once in a reasonable operative time. This would require the surgeon to be efficient with time. A long anesthesia leads to more risk.

The timing for going bigger depends upon whether the skin and muscle have stretched enough to accomodate a larger implant. This could take over a year. Have a surgeon evaluate you carefully before making up your mind. It should cost less.

That said, there is significant displacement of your nose that would be improved upon with a rhinoplasty. Computer imaging helps to estimate the possible outcome.
