You may be overweight. It's difficult to "size" breast implants in bigger gals, especially if they are young and their weight might continue to fluctuate.
Your breasts already appear pretty big. Do you really want implants to make them even bigger?
Your asymmetry is significant. The breasts are not only different sizes, but they are shaped differently.
Periareolar breast lifts (also known as...

Sounds like and looks like that you would benefit from a surgical rhinoplasty. You are very attractive, and a nose job would help to harmonize your nose with the rest of your face.
However, I can't give you specifics without side views ("laterals") and a "worm's eye" view (from your feet looking up into your nostrils).
I suspect that you will require a full rhinoplasty, involving the tip, sides, and top....
Usually, I make a small incision in the skin of the colum

Second, even though you might think that your tummy has "unique" issues, nothing could be further from reality. I see at least one patient per week whose tummy looks like yours.
Third, go for a full tummy tuck.
After 4 years, your skin is not going to shrink on its own any farther--no matter how much exercise you do...

Many of my colleagues inject tumescent fluid (very, very dilute "novocaine," similar to what is used for liposuction) into breasts for augmentations, reductions, and lifts. However, I have some concerns with this technique:
The surgery remains painful. It is very difficult to make the breast totally numb.
Tugging and pulling are a normal part of surgery. Will these...

I suspect that, at the time, Peachy, that you return to 186 pounds, your stretch marks will actually be worse. Sorry to be a jerk, but the fat in your tummy is "inflating" the skin, so that it...
Dec 19, 2009
Breast lifts usually do require the removal of some skin and a little fat. I doubt that these small amounts would radically change your breast size.
However, most breast lifts are most attractive with implants. Lifts really only lift the...

If you were about to undergo upper eyelid blepharoplasties, routine breast augmentation, or liposuction, you would probably get away with smoking and yet still have a good result. However, I would probably cancel your tummy...

Bring in a letter from your endocrinologist or internist. The note should document your compliance with your hormone regimen and should confirm that you are healthy enough for a general anesthetic.
Plan on getting silicone implants in subglandular positions (not beneath the muscle).
Good luck!
Dec 12, 2009
About 5-10 times per year, I operate on patients from out of state. My only requirement is that they stick around for the first couple of weeks. While complications are unusual, they can be so easy to treat if the patient can just pop into my office. On the other hand, from a distance...

I am a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, and I have been in practice for 8 years, and I have no idea what a laser tummy tuck is. Whenever I read about anything having to do with a laser, I am usually skeptical; 9 times out of 10, the laser practitioner is not a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, and he is relying on a gimmick to get your business.
Sorry to pick on you.
Now for some substantive advice: Given that you have lost a lot of weight, and...

At this point, I would recommend finding some photos of "ideal" breasts and handing them to your surgeon. Your doctor can use...

I would also recommend that you wait until your son is at least 6-12 months old. It's remarkable how much natural skin shrinkage women obtain after giving birth. Breast feeding really helps get rid of the extra weight, and is good for your baby too.
Dec 3, 2009
I always incorporate C-section scars, appendectomy scars, etc., into the tummy tuck.
I try to keep the scar at least 7 centimeters above the fourchette (i.e., clitorus) to avoid distortion of the pubic mound.
Usually, the incision is best angled towards the anterior superior iliac spines, but can run slightly lower. The lateral (outer) portions of the incision must be above the...

If a patient has an established ectropion (from nerve injury, scarring, age, or whatever), I might tighten the lower eyelid even more with a procedure called a lateral tarsal strip canthoplasty. However, I have never performed this surgery to change someone's "look." ...
Dec 3, 2009
However, if you were my patient, I would probably separate the Rhinoplasty and the Restylane. The swelling from one might affect the fine performance of the other. The injection of Restylane, in particular, is so routine in my office, that I would feel very comfortable completing your rhinoplasty, and then doing the...
