I would encourage you to take a deep breath and give yourself a little bit more time.  You certainly have swelling and some bruising most likely which will improve markedly over the next 10 days or so.  I usually see my patients back after 14 days to check and make sure they are happy with their results.  You can try arnica montana to help with swelling and bruising (works best when started the day of the injection, however).  Follow up with your injector about two weeks out and see how thin...

Thanks for your question.  12 days after surgery is a little longer than average, however many surgeons have different routines.  Just like there are multiple ways to tie your shoes, there are a variety of postoperative routines which can give satisfactory results.  I would not recommend you demand the course of your care, however it is very reasonable to discuss your concerns with your surgeon.  Best wishes! Thanks for your question....  I would not worry due the fact you're only 8 days out from your injection.  I usually see my patients back at 2 weeks to assess their results.  If you still have significant complaints about your appearance at 2 weeks after injection, I would make sure you touch base with your injector. Hello, thanks for your question.  I would recommend in person consultation with a facial plastic surgeon near you.  It is not common to have soreness and the other complaints this far out from the surgery.  I suppose it could be related to the surgery if you are having a reaction to permanent sutures IF they were used,  but it also could be unrelated. Thanks for your question, I wouldn't worry too much at this time.  It takes about 2 weeks for the swelling to come down, so some asymmetry at this point is nothing to worry about.  Bruising can also be present, although it is much less common if you're using cannulas for the injections.  If there is mild asymmetry present after the swelling comes down, sometimes massage can be helpful.  Be sure to keep your follow up (or make an appointment) 2 weeks after your injection especially if you'...
