There are many types of doctors who dabble in this business rather than specializing in it like facial plastic surgeons. These types of doctors often are looking to offer treatments that are not standard and have minimal to no results or studies on the safety of them. Go to a reputable facial plastic surgeon.

Rhinoplasty after septoplasty can be performed but cartilage grafts may need to come from another source besides the septum such as the ears. I would not advise to have a rhinoplasty at the same time as sinus surgery as they are completely different surgeries with different goals and you want your surgeon to be focused solely on either the cosmetic aspect or the sinus aspect in order to get the best results possible. Also, most sinus surgeons are not that adept at performing rhinoplasty.

Juvederm or other hyaluronic acid fillers work well for minor irregularities both before and after rhinoplasty. HA fillers can be expected to last around 6-9 months for this purpose. If longer duration is desired then permanentt microdroplet silicone injections could be considered.

I have used both Botox and dysport for blepharospasm. The onset for dysport is usually 3 days. A very small dose is only needed. Both last around 6 months in my experience. Get someone with experience and preferably a facial plastic surgeon.

I personally studied and authored a scientific paper on fat transfer using a 3D camera to measure what exactly happens to it. You have a tear trough volume loss as you have begun to lose some of the "baby fat" from your face. This can be easily corrected with Restylane hyaluronic acid filler. You have a very small amount of lid ptosis which is likely hereditary. Fraxel or thermage will not benefit you at all. Blepharoplasty is not indicated and would only cause scarring. I would personally leave it alone until the skin excess because more problematic (10 years?) and a blepharoplasty would be indicated.

Given your photographs, dorsal hump reduction combined with refinement of the nasal tip would be a nice result. Cartilage grafting is important to maintain where you set the tip. Deprojection as long as you maintain definition in the tip could also be performed. Please seek out a qualified rhinoplasty surgeon who can demonstrate numerous before and after photographs of their patient results.

In most people there is a noticeable difference in skin coloration between the lower lid and the cheek with the lower lid skin usually being darker or bluish. As far as I know and have extensively researched, there are no known effective treatments to lighten this skin. The shadow can be filled with Restylane but the pigment will remain. Unfortunately, there are numerous physicians out there that charge a lot of money for ineffective or unproven treatments.

140 units of dysport is on the higher side for dosing. The second injection was most likely Botox since not very many places especially medical spas offer dysport. Either way you should wait the 3-7 days for whichever was injected to work and if you are unhappy either go somewhere else or go back and state your concerns.

Rhinoplasty can be easily messed up by inexperienced surgeons. My advice is to save your money and go to someone who can demonstrate their excellent results to you. Remember, this is your face and if you get a substandard result, it will be very difficult to hide and could be even more costly to repair.

Rhinoplasty aftercare can be varied depending on how your procedure is performed. Most patients do not require a nurse or aide to help them as you have full mobility. Swelling and bruising are the main issues after surgery which can be easily managed with ice compresses. I don't use packing or splints inside the nose to improve patient comfort as those are what bother most after surgery.

Based on your photo, narrowing and refining the tip, without changing the rotation (upturning), can all be accomplished with an expert rhinoplasty surgeon. Make sure your goals and expectations are addressed in the consultation. The result should be noticeable but natural-appearing.
