Thank you for your question!
You are correct in sensing that your chin is small and creating an imbalance with your nose. Your lower jaw however is more recessed than can ordinarily be corrected with a chin implant alone, and before you begin braces, you should consider a jaw advancement to pull your lower jaw and teeth forward and balance your apparent "overbite". The jaw advancement would also help refine your jawline definition as well...

You are correct that you have both facial and nose asymmetry. Amazingly we all have pretty significant differences between the sides of the face and when a surgical change happens, all of those differences come into much sharper focus for us.
Your photos do show some asymmetry of the nose, especially the dorsum/bridge and you may benefit from revision rhinoplasty. I am not sure if you had an osteotomy before to reset...

Non-surgical rhinoplasty uses the addition of filler to even out irregularities or camouflage a hump on the bridge. We can fool the eye, but the nose actually gets bigger!
Unfortunately, in your situation you are interested in reducing the size of your nose and that requires a surgical approach.

It sounds like you are having some jaw problems in addition to your appearance concerns.
I would start with a full dental evaluation and consultation with an experienced Maxillo-facial Surgeon to evaluate your overbite and small jaw for possible surgical lower jaw advancement (and braces).
Full face views would be more helpful but the limited photos you submitted indicate that your lower jaw is quite recessed...
