Nevertheless, you should not give up, you can certainly do combination therapy to promote collage production under the eyes. Hi, congratulations on quitting smoking and taking care of your skin, it will all help improve your skin and overall health. I review your pic and I did see the mild jowls. Sometimes threads present post insertion complications such as indentation/dimpling, with time it resolves on it own. Question is how long ago was the threads placed? The indentation/dimpling you see will resolve on its own, but if it bothers you that much, ask your provider if they have radio frequency, they can apply the RF heat for coupleof visits and it will soften out the dimpling. You can always start with nonInvasive treatments for some correction and that also buys you time from surgical treatments. Hi, Fillers are great for filling creases. You could get hyaluronic acid base dermal filler one syringe to help fix the creases, depending on your geographical area you could spend $500-1000. It can last for about 9-12months, but combination therapy with PDO threads at the concern area will last long (2yrs) you should be looking about spending close to a $1200+ for filler and PDO threads if you choose to get combination therapy!
