Without photos it is difficult to assess your situation. Definitely return to your surgeon !!Definitely wait 6 to 7 months before having any secondary surgery. Meanwhile Restylane or other fillers can help with some asymmetry on a temporary basis Dr jumping may not be in your best interest. Two days out its normal to feel what you do. There may be a bruise associated with the injection. The malar pad can be difficult to treat. You have mentioned two approaches however another option is the temple incision. About 1/2 inch in back of the temple hairline an incision can be made to access the malar area. Make sure you are not on Aspirin or Advil. That promotes bleeding. I would reccomend that you follow up with your surgeon. We prefer to take off bandages in the office. Hope that helps

Check for someone who is a FACIAL Plastic Surgeon Helpful to find someone who does computer imaging to get idea and be sure that you and surgeon are on same page Also look at their before and after results. Cost is important but over the course if your life --- better to find the right doctor instead if going for lowest cost
