Preoperatively patient can be seen with a large dorsal jump and a very ptotic and bulbous tip. She was interested in more of a defined subtle concave curvature to the dorsal portion of her nose, raising of her nasal tip and also less bulbosity of the nasal tip.
Postoperatively patient can be seen here with dorsal hump removal and also raising of her nasal tip to give her a nice natural appearance that is more feminine and more defined.
