Your nose is nothing unusual. the “bone poking” are the edges of your nasal bones that can be easily corrected with limited rhinoplasty. Usually by just rasping the area under general or sedation anesthesia the problem can be corrected with a short recovery period.

Open or closed rhinoplasty depends on the surgeons experience and comfort level. If you do not want open rhinoplasty you should be able to find a plastic surgeon who is comfortable with closed procedure and one that can obtain the result you are looking for.

With the limited photos it is hard to make a recommendation, but overall your nose appears to be too large for your face. Reducing the tip projection and length of the nose would help. This will require a full rhinoplasty which can be done open or closed. 3D imaging can help identify the issue and show possible result of surgery.

Deviated septum can be corrected by itself or in combination with Rhinoplasty. Septoplasty is usually performed as a closed procedure if it is done by itself. Septoplasty can be performed in conjunction with rhinoplasty, Open or closed rhinoplasty is based on the surgeon’s experience and comfort with the procedure and severity of the correction needed.

Limited tip rhinoplasty can be done without touching the rest of the nose. However the result will be limited. Based on the photos you provided you may require more than just a tip revision due to the amount of projection of the tip. 3D imaging can help you see possible outcome of the procedure.
