It is certainly possible to perform a breast lift without changing the implants. But do you really want to maintain the same overall size? Often a more pleasing shape and look can be obtained with a lift and a slightly smaller sized implant, preventing what some might feel is a more "busty" appearance at the larger size. And a breast lift will have more long-lasting benefit if the breast is made less heavy (and therefore less affected by time and gravity!) by going with a smaller size....

Most likely a lower face-lift/neck lift type of procedure will work best for you. This procedure enables tightening of the neck muscles to eliminate bands and laxity under the skin, as well as a tightening/smoothing of the skin itself. A cleaner, lifted jawline with more of a "90 degree" angle for the neck profile is the result. The incisions used for this hide very well behind the ear.

Redness, dryness, peeling/flaking - these are all common "side effects" of retinols and retin-A and actually a pretty good indication that the creams are working well on the skin! The kinds of changes and symmetries you seek are very possible with a rhinoplasty, the procedure plastic surgeons perform to sculpt and reshape the nose (commonly known as a "nose job"). Special techniques can be further and additionally applied specifically for the nostrils themselves. But your doctor will tell you that you are correct - you should wait until you, your body, and your nose are completely out of the adolescent growth phase first.

Lumpiness, unevenness, and irregularities can be common long term, especially where the skin is thin (eg. ankle) and gravity can make the skin droop a bit, especially where skin tone is loose (eg on the top of the knee)

Naturally thick skin tissue covering the nasal framework can play a frustrating role in limiting the more subtle refinements possible. But some very nice changes can still be achieved, and there are some special techniques (eg. cartilage grafts) that are often used to help with this situation. Unfortunately, the skin cannot be thinned - a layer of scar tissue would result that could be as thick (or even thicker!) than was originally present.

Office filler treatments will not be able to create any kind of narrowing or reduction of the nasal tip. I think your assessment may be right – I can see from the photos that there is significant tissue laxity for both the chest and abdomen. These are the typical key signs that a chest reduction and an abdominoplasty are indicated - but I would highly encourage you to see me or another local board certified plastic surgeon in consultation.
