It sure looks like the tip cartilage is asymmetric….this could be softened with periodic injections….but in reality the cartilage would have to be surgically modified to even them out….I call this a “Tip Rhinoplasty”….recovery is easy like a few days out of work with little bruising and no broken bones. Of course you need to see a surgeon to make sure that plan is correct and takes all the issues into account

I would recommend you visit a local Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. You can have local, IV sedation or General…I prefer intubated general because it is the safest as your airway is controlled by a tube with a balloon on the end of it so no blood can get in your lungs during the procedure.
