This patient is a young woman (5'7" 130 lbs) who was unhappy with her small breast size. She underwent a submuscular breast augmentation with mentor smooth, 375 cc round moderate plus profile implants through an inframammary crease incision, taking her from a B cup to a natural looking D cup bra.
