Non surgical rhinoplasty can be a good option for someone like you. Some filler in the radix gives a more balanced view in patients such as yourself. Surgical rhinoplasty will always give a more complete result but it depends on your attitude. With newer fillers they last a long time and as they tend to be slower to resort in the nose can last for a few years in many cases. If you don’t like it then they can be dissolved. Tip rhinoplasty alone is unlikely to cause black eyes. In fact with modern osteotomy techniques black eyes are generally minimal even in full rhinoplasty these days. Avoiding anything that thins your blood will also help as will using Arnica. Good luck
