This is entirely reasonable. The answer is a technique invented by a Brazilian professor of Plastic Surgery (Ruth Graff) called "subfascial" now the most common procedure in South America. The concept is to lift the outer covering of the chest muscle and place the implant between the muscle and the fascia. I would suggest you start with a hyaluronic acid filler injected into the dents. It will be gone in about 6-9 months and then you can decide if a more permanant filler is right for you or a surgical procedure.

I agree you implants are too high and slightly uneven. If you have a doc who has the Aspen system (usually used for capsular contracture), you could do Aspen with aggressive massage and banding at night. Even though it has been four years this can still move implants. If this isn't available you would need surgical correction. That would consist of lowering the inframammary fold and closing the top edge of the pocket. You can probably keep your implants.

I think you are a good candidate for rhinoplasty. My suggestions would include refining the tip with a modest tip plasty, lowering and narrowing the nasal dorsum. Not difficult surgery but consult with a board certified surgeon with a lot of rhinoplasty experience

Under "general anesthesia" you are asleep and don't feel anything. If you have burning and numbness after the procedure that is a different question. Both burning and numbness are not unusual complications which usually resolve in a few months although the numbness can take up to a year. A better question is why do you need the same area repeated. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon and discuss these items.

Your eyelids could use a blepharoplasty, but what concerns you is your angry look. That can only be addressed by repositioning your brows. An endoscopic browlift will take away the angry look an partially or completely correct the upper lids. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon with endoscopic experience. Older or direct browlift are not as good.

I would suggest an augmentation on the smaller side with optional augment to the larger side. The larger side will need a lift and areolar reduction which could probably be accomplished with a peri-areolar lift (make certain it is the new technique with Gore-Tex sutures). Make certain your board certified surgeon has done a lot of these.

First check your labels from the implants and make certain they are the same size. Then decide which breast (if either) you like best. Presuming you like the right it is not difficult to drop the left implant surgically. If you want to change both, careful expansion of the pocket should take care of the asymmetry.

You would do well with  a simple breast augmentation. I would suggest a subfascial implantation rather than other techniques since it does give lift and "refill". Other techniques can emphasize the sagging and necessitate an additional surgery.

First of all you have severe ptosis or sag of your breasts. Correction of pectus deformity is a big deal and rarely performed unless the deformity interferes with heart function. I think you would get a very acceptable result with a mastopexy and perhaps a small implant. Augmentation (even modest) is a better choice for pectus deformity (but not perfect).

The easiest solution is small breast implants. Alternative solution would be peri-areolar mastopexy. This will give you the look you want with a small reduction in the size of the areola. Make certain the surgeon uses the technique with GoreTex suture which has less complications.
