The answer is yes… definitlely. Right now the tissue around the implant feels tight, but over the next few months this will change. The breast implant itself does not change, but your skin, breast tissue and muscle will soften and change to accommodate the newly added volume.
You will see changes over the next 3 months, and to a smaller degree over the next year. So make sure to follow up with your PS so they can track your progress.

The old implants most likely have caused that area (the indentation shown in your pics) of your natural breast tissue to thin, which happens with all implants to some degree.
