This is an area of very thin skin that is showing hyper pigmentation. If I were seeing you in my office, I would star with gentle medical micro needling with PRP in this area, caution, as this is thin skin, and you already have damage to the tissue. One subsequent sessions, we can gradually increase the depth. I have seen good results with pigmentary changes in burns with micro needling in particular.
