I would first do a lift, to lift them and improve symmetry. Areaolas are automatically decreased in size during a lift. Then I would see how they look and put an implant in for more fullness if needed. Alternatively you can do both at once.

One is to do a lift with extension of the horizontal incision laterally, to cut out the extra skin on the side. Another option is to do a lift with agressive liposuction on the side. When the fat is removed, the skin will come in, getting rid of the side fullness without the scar there.
Surgeon didn't mark me up before surgery - why?

For a breast lift, surgeons need a lot of markings. For implants, the only marking you really need is where you will make the incision, underneath the breast. That marking can be done in the operating room, while you are lying down he would push the breast downwards, so it reforms the crease, and puts a marking in there. I mark the breasts before hand, but if someone has been doing it for 30 years, and all they do is breast implants, maybe they are comfortable doing markings later.

I would put a small implant to fill out the superior pole more and to give them more fullness. Since you dont want to be bigger, put a small implant, just to give the volume. The lift you dont need, it wount make much difference just give you a scar.

You have to look at your pre op photos, sometimes you will see some asymmetry there, even though you didnt notice it before because you were not looking close enough. They look in the right place and the same size. Perhaps one side is forming a capsular contracture, if it is becoming hard. I would talk to the surgeon who put them in.

In your case, I would just do implants, your nipples are pointing straight you dont need a lift I think, just to add some more volume because they deflated a little. The scars would not be worth it, and wont give you much more improvement aside from implants.

I think in your case, you are 22, the scars from a lift would not be worth it. I would put implants to give more volume, at least at first. I would also maybe not do anything, I do not think it is pressing to do in your case, only if they really bother you.

Yes, lipo360 will make a good difference. You have about a liter and a half of fat that can be removed. The inner thighs are blocked or cut off in your photos.

You have about two liters of fat around your waist, so yes liposuction there would make a difference, although you have a little loose skin. On the thighs, I dont seem much fat bulging, just some loose skin. Liposuction there in your case wont improve it. I would not necessarily do it, or expect any difference there after liposuction.

Even if someone is skinny, there is usually fat around the waist. If you liposuction it, with or without fat transfer, it will make the waist smaller and give more curves. Of course usually the more fat you have the more drastic the difference, but for skinny individuals, there is also some room for improvement by liposuction. Other methods dont work.

In your case, what makes the dents visible is the fat around them. So it can be liposuctioned and it will smooth it out, although not all the way. Another option is to do a tummy tuck and cut that skin out.

That is not the typical place to liposuction, but some people have fat there, and it can be liposuctioned. The incision would be on the side of the neck to get there horizontally. I have done it a few times.

I would recommend just a 360. It has to be done right, will removal of all fat. That way the skin will tighten up. Can add a little tightening like J plasma. I would do that first, then tummy tuck only later if you feel like there is extra skin. You just have to know you will not be all the way flat after liposuction, because the muscles are stretched out some from pregnancy.

This is hard to smooth out. A lot of people have it, the skin folds with smiling, but it is impossible to fix with filler. If you tried you know. The best option I think would be to put some botulism around the mouth, and that will relax some of those muscles and make it appear less. Just have to be careful not injecting too much botulism there or it will distort the mouth, temporarily.

It can be scar, tissue, recurrent fat (if you gained some weight), or worsening cellulite. Have to see and feel it.
