Young patient wanted to get rid of bags under the eyes & was bothered by dark under eye circles which can often be hereditary and become more noticeable with age. These bags are caused by out-pouching of lower eyelid fat pads. Procedure to conservatively trim and reposition fat pads with no skin incision, no visible scar.
