For my patients I recommend that they use a gentle soap to wash face three times a day and apply aquaphor or Vaseline 3 times a day. Judging from you pictures it looks like you had the treatment recently. The inflammation can be treated with cool compresses, or keep the Vaseline in the fridge so when you apply it’s cool to the skin. You can also use Arnica gel and/or pills to speed up recovery.
I am 43 years old and have inherited this horrible neck, would CoolSculpting be the solution?

Short answer is Yes! There are multiple methods for treating your neck. Coolsculpting is a very good modality. You can also look into Kybella and FaceTite. Most important thing is which ever treatment you choose, have it done by someone who has plenty of experience and has done multiple cases.
