Yes! Rhinoplasty can make your nose appear thinner on the frontal view. It is true that thicker skin may affect your healing, but surgery is the best option to get the result you want. I do recommend you are examined in person to confirm that you are a good candidate. I would also seek a double board certified facial plastic surgeon.

Great news. Your nose shape and size does not depend on weight, so no weight loss is necessary before a rhinoplasty. Looking at your profile, it appears that you may benefit from some procedures to the lower part of your face. A chin implant and submental liposuction would create a more balanced and aesthetically pleasing profile. Even with weight loss, submental fat may not change. You have excellent brow position and with these small changes you can create good definition and facial harmony.

What a great question! I would perform the facial procedures first. The rhinoplasty, chin implant, and injections are all on the face, so there is one surgical site. Also, for your rhinoplasty and facial procedure recovery, you typically want to lay on your back which is not as good for the BBL recovery. In addition, the chin implant is a foreign material, usually silastic, so I personally would not want to add another surgical site like the butt to prevent infection. I recommend you choose…
