58 year old lady requesting a revision rhinoplasty procedure combined with a facelift and neck lift. The revision rhinoplasty procedure involved removing a number of implants from the nose and then reconstructing it using the patient’s own rib cartilage. The nose was lengthened, deprojected and the symmetry improved. All implants were removed. The patient also underwent a deep plane facelift and neck lift. There was a good improvement in the jawline, face and neck. A very natural result.
