20 year old patient before and after combined functional and cosmetic septorhinoplasty, turbinoplasties and right otoplasty. After photos taken 8 weeks after surgery. This young man is a professional swimmer who presented primarily to improve his nasal airway and exercise performance. He also had significant allergic rhinitis (hayfever). Some conservative cosmetic changes were made at the same time including a right sided otoplasty. The patient was delighted at the improvement in breathing, swim times and the subtle cosmetic changes.
