In your 20-30s, a facelift is usually an aggressive option that is rarely necessary.  Good skin care, including radio frequency microneedling treatments or fractional lasers, is usually all that's needed to tighten skin.

If a little loose skin is the problem, especially in younger patients, non-surgical skin tightening will usually do the trick.  We get awesome results in our office with radio frequency skin tightening devices, including RF microneedling.  Surgery in patients in their 20-30s is usually not needed.

From your photos, you'd likely get a great result from a facelift.  However, if you're interested in non-surgical options, a combination of treatments will be needed.  Adding volume to your cheeks, in addition to strengthening your jawline with fillers will help.  Then, a non-invasive fat reduction under the chin along with radio frequency skin tightening will give you a very nice result...it will take a few steps to get there, though.

An otoplasty can correct the mis-shapen appearance of the ear and give you much better symmetry between right and left sides.  This is a procedure that can be done in the office under local anesthesia.

Ask the opinion of 5  plastic surgeons and you'll get 7 different answers.  However, you appear to be a good candidate for a face/neck lift.  Improving your skin quality with a good at-home skin care regimen combined with resurfacing (chemical peels or lasers) will improve your surgical result drastically and go a long way toward treating the "crepey" skin - simply tightening damaged, thin skin is not a durable option to treat textural problems.  Discuss both surgery and skin care - they...

Thanks for your photos!  Jowls are typically best treated with a "lower" facelift, which addresses the jowls and neck.  Non-surgical options here won't give you a fraction of the result of a well-performed facelift.

Facial harmony is the result of balance between the parts of the face.  You hit the nail on the head with your assessment.  A genioplasty or chin implant would give you better proportion, and some botox to your jaw muscles would help round out your lower face.  Discuss your options in-person with a surgeon (or a few) and go over some simulated surgical results to get an idea of what may give you the best result.

From your photos, it appears that you'd be a great candidate for a rhinoplasty and could get a very natural, balanced looking result.  Fillers would not be a good option because of the shape of your nose, and you would not likely see any benefit from them in that area.  See a board-certified specialist to discuss your options.  Best of Luck!

Your rosacea shouldn't impede your having a very nice result from a rhinoplasty.  Make sure you see a board-certified specialist to discuss your options and go through 3D simulation prior to your surgery.

Thanks for your question.  You need to have a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon and discuss your desires.  After this discussion and a physical examination, appropriate recommendations can be made.  You may need a lift if you decide to have a very modest size increase, but otherwise an implant will likely be the only thing you'd need.  As you have seen, ask 3 plastic surgeons a question and you'll get 5 different answers.  This is where the "art" of our specialty comes...

The answer depends on the look you want.  A sub glandular placement is my "go-to" for women who are active and want to avoid the animation deformities that can be seen with sub muscular placement.  Depending on the look you're after and the condition of your breast tissue (loose vs tight), either a round or shaped implant can be used.  See a board-certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options and make sure you're comfortable with the recommendations before undergoing surgery.
