Dr Ridgway, Bellevue, Washington Rhinoplasty Surgery Image
The patient underwent two previous rhinoplasty surgeries with poor cosmetic and functional results. There were notable irregularities of the nasal dorsum, loss of nasal tip support and shape as well as a compromised ability in nasal airflow. Due to the lack of available cartilage for reconstruction, use of the patient’s own rib cartilage was performed to achieve the functional and aesthetic goals.
