This is a great question and really lies in the philosophy and training of your surgeon. Most advanced Rhinoplasty surgeons today perform an Open approach as this gets unlimted access to the tip that is unimpeded. The main drawback being swelling that can take up to 18 dissipate 100%.

A closed rhinoplasty in the right hands can be used to adjust the tip. Having said that if your surgeon does not do a lot of closed approached then he/she will be better for a open approach.

Great question. The subtle skin and cartilage changes you are referring to can be treated non surgically. I would advise seeing your surgeon first. In my patients I do not inject filler till at least 9-12 months post primary rhinoplasty. A revision rhinoplasty for what you are describing can be considered after 18-24 months as the nose may still change, especially with your thin supple skin.

Great question and two very different treatment options.
Filler can conceal the dorsum my making it slightly longer and straighter, It will not do anything about the slight droop. Filler is also only temporary.

A rhinoplasty will structurally sort the issue out by removing the bump and lifting the tip. I only perfrom Open Rhinoplasty and you will find most expert Rhinoplasty surgeons in the world only do open rhinoplasty as you get better control of the nasal tip.

Yes! You can have a Rhinoplasty to reduce the length of the nose and narrow the tip. It is important to note that Rhinoplasty is finesse surgery and all the sturtcures are like a Rubik’s cube. If you change one aspect of the nose it affects another. With this in mind a careful Open Rhinoplasty to reduce nasal length, create a nice profile on the dorsum and to lift and narrow the tip is possible with a skilled Rhinoplasty surgeon.
