If you do not already have loose skin, liposuction and JPlasma could benefit you. If you currently have loose skin I would recommend trying non-invasive medical spa treatments such as Morpheus or Accent Prime. It would be best to wait until after you are done having children to get a tummy tuck.

Implants typically only rotate the breast up minimally and they are used mostly to enlarge the breasts. If your skin and breast tissue is becoming loose I would recommend a breast lift.

The Brazilian butt lift is really a combination of procedures. It is first liposuction of the waist and other areas then it is taking the aspirated fat, removing the oil and blood, and injecting/augmenting the butt. The cost is usually in the range of $8-12000 depending on how many areas of liposuction.

Brazilian butt lift is a long and relatively costly procedure. Prices in my area range from 7-12000. There is no way someone reputable could do this operation for 2000. If it's too good to be true than it likely is!

Age is really not a contraindication for a surgical procedure. As long as you are healthy and don't have any medical conditions that would make you a poor candidate for surgery, you can have a Brazilian butt lift.

It sounds like your plastic surgeon was very thorough and honest during your consult and managing your expectations. 350cc can make a nice difference if your relatively petite. The larger your body frame the less noticeable 350cc will be.

How much fat that can be transferred to the but really depends on how much donor fat you have and the size of the recipient area ( your butt).
I try to put in as much graft as possible, up to 1000cc into each side. The fat transfer is very natural appearing and I always want to be prepared for up to 50% resorption of the graft

You need to clarify this question with the surgeon who examined you. In my consultations, I usually estimate the amount of fat graft that I feel I will be able to harvest and inject. So in my practice a 1000cc would be the volume of fat without blood or serum.

It sounds like you have redundant skin as well as persistent fat. An arm lift will correct the loose skin, possibly the dimpling and remove the fat directly in the area of skin excision. You may require further liposuction in the area outside of the skin resection.
