HI there.There is simply a lot more to it than the influence on the tip through hump removal. The answer to your question is that often lowering the bridge can make a nose look longer – but that an individualised approach is necessary as there are a NUMBER OF FACTORS at play in determining real and apparent nasal length before and after rhinoplasty.
