The enclosed photograph clearly shows the asymmetry of the tip of your nose which can occur after a rhinoplasty
You should return to the original surgeon if possible to discuss options likely a secondary rhinoplasty
Otherwise seek out an experienced surgeon who will examine your nose perhaps do nasal function studies to determine your problem and can make suggestions as to the repair of your nasal tip.

Many people requesting rhinoplasty have thick skin.The thickness may be a racial characteristic or secondary to overactive sebaceous glands.If the skin is thick we can sometimes thin it with oral or topical agents before and after the rhinoplasty.At surgery a fatty layer under the tip is thinned when present.Post operative care of the nose with thin skin may require prolonged taping or steroid injections.Thick skin doesn’t preclude you from a rhinoplasty it just has to be managed!
