You are a good candidate for Accutane. You have been on a number of oral antibiotics and still have cystic acne. I recommend that you see a dermatologist in Chicago or a close suburb such as Skokie to go over the risks and benefits of a course of the medication.

Sweating should not effect the results of Botox injections under the arms. The material is injected into the skin, not rubbed on the skin, so there is nothing that would be removed. It may take a week to see the effect and depending on the dose injected, you might need more medicine if you continue to sweat.

You can have a fake tan after Botox. As for massaging the area, I used to tell people not to massage the area or bend down after injections for several days, but I do not think this matters at all after 1-2 hours. You pretty much can do whatever you want after your Botox injections. By the way, next time consider Xeomin. It works the same as Botox and is much less expensive!

It is odd that you had a full correction 4 days after the procedure, then lost the results 10 days later. Botox usually lasts 3 months. It can take 1 week to see its effects. Some doctors talk about becoming resistant to Botox, but I would not think you would have had a good correction initially if that were the case. Botox stopped working in one of my patients. I thought she began to recruit other muscles to cause frowning, but again it did not work initially...

It is normal to feel frightened when you see yourself immediately after eyelid surgery and procedures. You have bruising which will resolve in 2-3 weeks. Don't worry. You will look better! Do not do anything for at least 1-2 months.

Accutane is out of your blood in 2-3 days after stopping the medication. The effects may linger for another month or two. I recommend waiting 2 menstrual cycles before getting pregnant.

I am sorry you had a melanoma and am glad you took care of it. Surgery on the foot can be difficult. You need to see your surgeon. In the meantime, cover it with clean Vaseline and a non stick bandage and paper tape. Gently clean twice a day replace the bandage.
