1 year post revision rhinoplasty and septoplasty using rib graft. Rib cartilage is invaluable in revision rhinoplasty procedures; straight, strong and reliable. Rib is an excellent material to use to structurally rebuild the nose, it allows for correction of both functional and cosmetic nasal issues (as can be seen in this lovely lady).
