Your photos cut off the chin prominence; however, you do appear to have mild microgenia. In my experience, an extended anatomic chin implant would be best for your anatomy. Probably Medium vs. Large, depending on your height and facial features. The chin widens slightly with all chin implants. Best,

Am I a good candidate for a chin implant? Or would Kybella suffice?

These areas can then be marked and a proper corset platysma plasty performed in surgery via a submental or under the chin incision. Weir excisions are performed at the nasal base to narrow or shorten the nostrils. I cannot think of any case in which this was performed, where it was not noticeable. Permanent sutures are never used. Vicryl is placed in the deeper levels and plain gut or Prolene on the skin surface. The Prolene is removed from the skin in 7-10 days and the other sutures dissolve.
