While the Emsculpt can improve core strength and reduce some symptoms of sciatica, I would not guarantee relief of symptoms from the Emsculpt. Ultimately sciatica is an issue due to inflammation of the sciatic nerve and/or an anatomical issue as the nerve branches off the spinal cord.

You can safely use the emsculpt with nipple piercings. The applicators should be far enough away as to not cause any problems.
