Hello and thank you for your question.
In my practice when I see a patient that is interested is a scar revision or removal I assess the condition- color, texture, etc.
I usually recommend treating the area with topical silicone scar treatment products and retinol, we may inject with intralesional steroids and topical steriod cream. Thank you for the question and the photos.
In my experience it is difficult to have patience through the healing process, it feels as though it appeared over night and takes forever to go away. The reality usually is that you do not notice it until it is at its worse.
In time the bump should go away. If not than it is a cyst that was only treated to shrink. To remove it you will need to excise the cyst and know that the contents as well as the sac are gone...

In my opinion it is difficult to judge your result without seeing pre-operative images. Those images with operative notes will help to determine what additionally can be done, if anything, to improve the result and get you closer to satisfied.

As stated by others revision work is much more involved and selecting a surgeon with revision experience is key.
In my experience recommending that a patient wait 9-12 months to heal is a must. Since you are over 1 year post your surgery I would move forward with adjusting the tip and correcting the collapse of the nostril.

In my practice I have many years experience using lasers on Ethnic skin types. You need to find a physician with the same.
I recommend all laser surgery candidates pre treat the skin to stabilize the pigment at least 2 weeks prior to laser treatment. I have my patients use an exfoliating cleanser, retinol and mild bleacher. This limits the chance of hyper or hypo-pigmentation.

In my practice I prefer patients to let time dissolve filler, not Hyaluronidase. When injected the Hyaluronidase you can't be certain exactly what it will dissolve or how much.
Give it some time.

My experience with the nose in particular extends over 40 years.
Your nose does not grow as you age but you do lose volume or fat in areas surrounding the nose. This loss of volume can make the nose appear larger or smaller in relation.
The change you notice is also a factor of the filler and dissolution of the filler in near by areas.
In my opinion you have a lovely nose.

In my practice I perform Bodytite by Inmode, which is radio frequency assisted skin tightening.
At the time of consultation I would evaluate the skin elasticity to determine the best procedure(s).
I have found that Bodytite with also using Ultrasonic assisted and Power assisted liposuction will deplete the area and tighten the skin. Some patinets will nee to have the radio frequency a few times and they can do Morpheus8 radio frequency...

Laser can me a remarkable tool in practiced hands. In my practice I have been using CO2 laser for over 20 years.
However, I do not use it when performing a reduction labiaplasty, I use steel. I believe in this case I can be more precise. The patient also does not have to slough from the vaporization, so less downtime in the end.

In my practice I would start by having the patient fill out a skin typing matrix. This helps to know what treatments can be safely performed,.
I would start by asking the patient to pre-treat the area to stabilize the pigment.
I would then suggest a spot test with the device decided on after the evaluation of the skin- possibly Sciton BBL, erbium or yag laser.

Thank you for the question and I am sorry that you are unhappy with your results.
I definitely recommend that you visit the surgeon that performed the surgery and voice your concerns. Ask what can be done to change what you would like to see differently.
In my experience there are occasions when more than the procedure performed was needed to do get the best finished results, ie. fat transfer, laser resurfacing.

In my practice I would examine you for brow position. Occasionally when the brow is lifted it will take up the redundancy in the upper eye lid and nothing further is needed.
In my opinion in your case I would suggest a browlift and an upper blepharoplasty. These two procedures together will open up your eyes and give you a more rested, relaxed appearance.

In my practice when a patient presents with your concerns I give several options from topical products to treatments to surgical procedures.
Before any treatment or procedure is performed I recommend that my patients use Retinol and a bleacher to stabilize the pigment in the skin and this will also help with your hyperpigmentation.
You can then have Sciton Skintyte treatments done to tighten the areas, Verju treatments that are FDA approved for...
