There is no such thing as the “best “ but there are a lot of good choices David Kim in California is excellent , dean Toriumi in Chicago is also good , many patients also travel internationally for revision surgery and you should consider both the UK and Australia as many of us have huge revisional Rhinoplasty practices

2 years post op rhinoplasty revision and I still cannot breathe.

It sounds like the internal valve of your nose has been excessively narrowed in order to achieve your desire of a narrow bridge In general noses with narrow bridges may look better to patients but do not breathe well It is concerning that the septum was thinned and of done excessive then middle vault collapse is possible and would require rib cartilage to rebuild and a revision Rhinoplasty to build a wider bridge and improve breathing
