The two photographs you provided may be a bit misleading, and that’s one of the reasons that an actual examination would be best to give you the most accurate answer. The nipple position as seen on the “frontal” photo appears to be below the fold beneath your breast and the distance from your collar bone to the nipple appears quite long.
