This is a common sequelae of cocaine abuse, unfortunately. If the septal perforation is small and not symptomatic there is nothing to do. If it causes symptoms or is large enough to cause a collapse of your nose and a saddle deformity, it will have to be fixed surgically by a rhinoplasty expert.
