You are very early on in your healing process. After some weeks time, they should drop and settle, and you will get a better idea of what they will look like. You did get a good size implant, and it looks like you had a large amount of tissue to start with. In 6 months to one year, if you are truly unhappy with the size, downsizing is an option. Based on your photos, it’s hard to say if a true symmastia is present. They do look very close together. Your plastic surgeon may have been trying to give you good clevage. If you love them, it may be best to leave them alone. Only an in office exam will tell if your implants cross Over into the other pocket. There’s still swelling and healing that needs to take place. It’s hard to go off of numbers alone. You would need an office exam to see how your fat is distributed and if there is a sufficient amount to give you a nice result. People usually carry a good amount of fat in there belly and love handles . It’s best to visit a board certified plastic surgeon who is experience performing BBL surgery. Best wishes!

That is a common site for delayed wound healing due to the tension put on the incisions. However, with the days coming it shouldn’t be getting worse. If it is continually leaking and getting wider as you mention, you should get in to see your plastic surgeon as soon as you can. Although these usually heal with no problem , there could be other things going on , such as infection. It’s better to be safe and let you’re doctor see you in person! Best wishes .

Without an office exam, it’s hard to say what you need. However, when implants are removed, there is generally skin laxity. A lift can be performed at the same time to help offset this. After years of being in the body , the implant shell can then colors. They aren’t usually the crystal clear color coming out as they are going in. Some doctors rinse the pocket in betadine , which can also contribute to the color Change. Nothing to worry about!
