This typically wears off over the next several weeks. It’s important that you go back to your reputable injector, and allow them to see in a short term interval what your sensation of heaviness refers to. typically your injector may need to adjust the number of neurotoxins use in the future if this is extremely bothersome to you. in the future there may have to be a compromise for the numbers of units used in your forehead in order to avoid this sensation.

Your scar can definitely be improved, but it will required a multimodality approach to best enhance your appearance of your skin – definitely microneedling with PRP, laser resurfacing, injectable fillers and possibly hair punch grafts. If you are able to travel to Los Angeles, I would see an evaluation by Dr. Jason Emmer who is a internation expert on these type of scars and a multimodalitity approach.
